Mrs. Triplett is an attorney specializing in transactional law, specifically in business planning, real estate, and estate planning. She primarily focuses on estate planning at Thomas Walters Estate Planning PLLC, but she also devotes a portion of her time to serving as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Green County Juvenile Office, where she assists children who have been abused or neglected. Previously, she worked at DuFour & Orens, Chartered in Bethesda, MD, and was the Managing Partner of Certified Closing Network, a vendor management company that provided attorney, title, and escrow services to national clients, such as relocation companies, REO asset management companies, and the lending community in all 50 states. After selling CCN, she established her own law firm, Small Business Legal Solutions LLC.

Mrs. Triplett earned her B.A. cum laude in International Studies and French from Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland. She spent her junior year studying at the International University in Grenoble, France, and still attempts to speak French on occasion. She went on to obtain her J.D. from The Catholic University of America in Washington DC, where she clerked for various agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the International Trade Commission.

Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Mrs. Triplett is a native Marylander. Since relocating to Springfield, MO, where her husband is from, she has grown to appreciate the slower pace of the Midwest and the natural beauty of the Ozarks. She is happily remarried to Rod Triplett, a serial entrepreneur who enjoys having fun. Together, they have four daughters, including Nora Jean, who has cerebral palsy. Mrs. Triplett is a sports enthusiast who enjoys coaching youth basketball and cheering from the soccer sidelines. She also serves as a Girl Scout Leader and a CASA volunteer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, boating, camping, exercising, reading, and pursuing any DIY project that she can think up.
