Mrs. Triplett is a transactional attorney who practices in the areas of business planning, real estate and estate planning. She focuses on estate planning with the firm of Thomas Walters Estate Planning PLLC. A small part of her time is spent working as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Green County Juvenile Office assisting abused & neglected children. Previously, she was employed with the law firm of DuFour & Orens, Chartered in Bethesda, MD. Additionally, she was Managing Partner of Certified Closing Network, a vendor management company providing attorney, title and escrow services in all 50 states to national clients such as relocation companies, REO asset management companies and the lending community. After selling CCN, she started her own law firm, Small Business Legal Solutions LLC.
Mrs. Triplett received her B.A. cum laude in International Studies and French from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland. She spent her junior year studying at the International University in Grenoble, France, and still attempts to speak French on the rare occasion. Thereafter, she received her J.D. from The Catholic University of America in Washington DC, during which she clerked for such agencies as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the International Trade Commission.
Mrs. Triplett is a native Marylander, having grown up near beautiful Annapolis, MD. Since relocating to Springfield, MO where her husband is from, she enjoys the slower pace of the Midwest and the beauty of the Ozarks. She is happily remarried to Rod Triplett, a serial entrepreneur and all around fun-loving guy. They enjoy spending time with their 4 – yes 4 – daughters, including their beautiful Nora Jean, who has cerebral palsy. She is a sports fanatic, and loves spending time coaching youth basketball and yelling from the soccer sidelines. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and CASA volunteer. In her rare free time she loves the beach, boating, camping, fitness, reading and any DIY project she can conjure up.
